Zachary M. Nolan

Mr. Nolan is a Senior Vice President in Stanger’s real estate appraisal services group. Mr. Nolan has been involved in the valuation of commercial real estate and debt for the purpose of sales, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financings and investor reporting. His current role includes taking part in appraisals, fairness opinions, ASC805 purchase
price accounting and market studies. Mr. Nolan’s valuation career includes experience with portfolios of self-storage, retail, industrial, office, multi-family, hospitality, healthcare and senior housing assets types. His time at Stanger has provided exposure to real estate in the U.S., U.K. and Europe. Mr. Nolan is a 2015 graduate of Drew University where he earned a B.A. in Economics. Mr. Nolan is registered with FINRA as an Investment Banking Representative. In addition, Mr. Nolan is a New Jersey certified general real estate appraiser.
