Mr. Gannon is Chairman & CEO of Stanger. Mr. Gannon joined Stanger in 1983 and has been the lead or co-lead investment banker on more than $100 billion of assignments involving real estate assets and securities. Mr. Gannon is a frequent speaker at industry events sponsored by the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) and ADISA and is frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Reutuers, AltsWire, and Investment News. Mr. Gannon is a recognized expert on real estate securities and valuation matters having appeared as an expert in numerous forums including: U.S. Tax Court; U.S. Bankruptcy Court; Delaware Chancery Court; Federal Court; several State Courts; SEC Administrative Court; and arbitration forums.

Prior to joining Stanger in 1983, Mr. Gannon was a Manager with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, an international accounting firm. Mr. Gannon is a graduate of Rutgers University (Phi Beta Kappa, 1978) with a BA in Economics and Accounting. Mr. Gannon is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a General Securities Principal.

Mr. O’Neil is the President of Stanger. Mr. O’Neil leads the company’s direct participation program and partnership valuation team and is active in the firm’s financial advisory activities, including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and other advisory services. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. O’Neil was in a financial advisory role for eight years with his most recent tenure at Citigroup-Smith Barney. Mr. O’Neil is a 2003 graduate of Monmouth University with a B.A. in Finance and Economics. Mr. O’Neil is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal and an Investment Banking Principal. Mr. O’Neil is also a New Jersey certified general real estate appraiser.

Michael Covello is an Executive Managing Director at Stanger, where he advises clients on a broad range of strategic and valuation matters, including banking-related assignments, appraisal engagements, mergers and acquisitions, valuations of debt and equity, and assessments of strategic alternatives. He has deep experience in non-traded REITs, non-traded BDCs, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), closed-end funds, and interval funds. He also advises sponsors on product structuring, strategic positioning, and distribution strategy for new alternative investment products and managers entering the market.

Drawing on his experience overseeing Stanger’s publications team, Mr. Covello is active in industry associations and contributes to financial press coverage and industry dialogue within the alternative investment space.

Prior to joining Stanger in 2011, Mr. Covello was a Director at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting across the Institutional Securities Division. He began his career as an analyst at AllianceBernstein, supporting the firm’s Luxembourg funds business. Mr. Covello earned a B.S. in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Baruch College. He holds FINRA registrations as a General Securities Principal (Series 24), Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), General Securities Representative (Series 7), and Series 63.

Mr. Sweetman is an Executive Managing Director and leads the company’s Data Collection and Valuation Group, overseeing the collecting and reporting of untraded securities values to numerous major broker-dealers, clearing firms and trust companies for customer account statements. Mr. Sweetman is active in the production of Stanger’s publications tracking industry statistics and trends of non-traded REITs, non-traded BDCs, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), closed-end funds and other alternative investments. Before joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Sweetman spent three years in a financial advisory role, with his most recent tenure at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Sweetman graduated from Rutgers University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal, a Financial and Operations Principal and a General Securities Representative.

Mr. Hull is the Chief Compliance Officer of Robert A. Stanger & Company, Inc. and serves as the firm’s Financial and Operations Principal, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Operations Officer. He is an experienced securities lawyer with a multifaceted background from multiple positions in the securities industry, regulation and law. Mr. Hull began his securities career as an NASD (now FINRA) examiner in 1988 and served as the COO and CFO of a retail independent broker-dealer before attending law school. After working for FINRA and the SEC during law school, Mr. Hull worked in the securities practices of two large international law firms in New York City and Orange County, California. From 2005-2010, Mr. Hull was the CEO of Grubb & Ellis Securities, responsible for all aspects of the firm, including compliance, accounting, national accounts and sales management. In addition to his current position at Stanger, Mr. Hull maintains a law practice that provides service to broker-dealers, investment advisers and registered representatives in the areas of compliance, registration, disclosure, customer complaints and investigations, expert witness services, and FINRA and SEC regulatory and enforcement defense in addition to providing advice on product operations, sales practices and marketing. Mr. Hull obtained his undergraduate degree in business administration (finance) from the California State University at Fullerton and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. He was admitted by examination to practice law in New York, California and Massachusetts (inactive) and currently holds multiple securities registrations.

Mr. Nolan is a Managing Director in Stanger’s real estate appraisal services group. Mr. Nolan has been involved in the valuation of commercial real estate and debt for the purpose of sales, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financings and investor reporting. His current role includes taking part in appraisals, fairness opinions, ASC805 purchase price accounting and market studies. Mr. Nolan’s valuation career includes experience with portfolios of self-storage, retail, industrial, office, multi-family, hospitality, healthcare and senior housing assets types. His time at Stanger has provided exposure to real estate in the U.S., U.K. and Europe. Mr. Nolan is a 2015 graduate of Drew University where he earned a B.A. in Economics. Mr. Nolan is registered with FINRA as an Investment Banking Representative. In addition, Mr. Nolan is a New Jersey certified general real estate appraiser.

Mr. DiSalvo is Head of Publications at Stanger. In this role, he oversees the production and distribution of industry-leading reports, tracking key statistics and trends in the non-traded REIT, BDC, and Closed-End Fund sectors. He is responsible for developing proprietary content, managing client relations, and expanding the company’s reach within the alternative investment space. With a diverse background spanning real estate, SaaS, and digital marketing, Mr. DiSalvo brings a unique blend of strategic vision and operational expertise to his role. Mr. Plock is a Senior Vice President at Stanger and is active in the valuation of real estate assets for real estate investment trusts and partnerships, including appraisals, appraisal reviews, fairness opinions, ASC805 purchase price accounting and market studies. Mr. Plock has been involved in the appraisal of commercial, industrial, residential, recreational, and special purpose properties and portfolios including, but not limited to, shopping centers, multi-family residential, office, medical office, hospitals, warehouse/distribution facilities, hotels, parking facilities, single-tenant net lease, self-storage facilities, senior housing, marinas, data centers, outdoor signs, and land. Before joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Plock was a senior asset manager for a real estate investment firm that provided investment advisory, qualified professional asset management (QPAM) and development services to pension funds, institutional investors and governmental entities involved in the development, acquisition, management and disposition of institutional real estate assets. Mr. Plock has also held roles as a compliance officer of private and public construction projects, and as a manager of multifamily residential properties.
Mr. Plock holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition to being a Designated of Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), Mr. Plock is also a Designated of Member of the Appraisal Institute (AI-GRS), a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Certified General Appraiser in the 50 States and the District of Columbia, a California Real Estate Broker, and is OSHA-10 certified.

Mr. Simmons is a Senior Vice President in Stanger’s real estate appraisal services group. Mr. Simmons began his real estate career in 1991 and has assisted in the valuation of commercial real estate for the purpose of sales, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financings, and investor reporting. Mr. Simmons has been involved in the appraisal of commercial, industrial and residential properties and portfolios including: self-storage facilities, shopping centers; multi-family apartment projects; industrial warehouse and manufacturing facilities; office buildings; hotels; free-standing retail properties; senior care facilities, net lease facilities, land and other special use facilities. Mr. Simmons is a 1990 graduate of Texas A&M University. In addition, Mr. Simmons has completed numerous real estate courses through the Appraisal Institute.

Mr. Devalla is an Associate at Robert A. Stanger & Co., where he works across the firm's Capital Markets and Research groups, advising clients on a range of alternative asset classes. He supports advisory and capital markets engagements through transaction execution, financial and valuation analysis, and the development of client-facing materials.

Prior to joining Stanger, Mr. Devalla held roles in private equity, M&A consulting, and institutional investment management, where he conducted investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling in support of strategic transactions.

Mr. Devalla graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers Business School in 2024, earning a B.S. in Finance with high departmental honors, a minor in Political Science, and a concentration in Global Business. He is a FINRA Series 79 licensed representative.
