The Company announced the formation of Structured Credit Partners JV, LLC, a joint venture with Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (NASDAQ: CGBD), Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. (NYSE: TSLX), and Sixth Street Lending Partners focused on investing in broadly syndicated first lien senior secured loans, financed with long-term, non-mark-to-market, and predominantly investment grade rated CLO debt. The joint venture will be initially capitalized with $600M of equity capital commitments ($150M from Carlyle Secured Lending; $150M from Carlyle Credit Solutions; $200M from Sixth Street Specialty Lending; $100M from Sixth Street Lending Partners).
