Mr. Kasprzak is a Managing Director and involved with the firm’s Product and Distribution Consulting practice, assisting clients with product structuring and distribution consulting services designed to seek to maximize capital raising opportunities for alternative investment asset managers ranging in size from industry leaders to those who are emerging.  Mr. Kasprzak has been involved in the financial services and asset management industry since 1995, joining Stanger in 2022. Mr. Kasprzak served on the Executive Committee that grew the $5B REIT, Broadstone Net Lease (BNL), overseeing all capital raise, marketing and investor relations functions that led to its public listing. Instrumental in raising billions of dollars of capital, his ability to find investment structuring solutions and messaging to match the needs of an everchanging financial services marketplace is key. Mr. Kasprzak has spent the entirety of his career marketing to retail investors and their advisors (RIAs, BDs and wires), providing him with a broad and deep basis of knowledge from which to work.  Mr. Kasprzak is also known as a proficient and well-respected senior executive and personnel manager. This unique combination of skills and experiences make him an excellent resource for asset management firms and sponsors, providing valuable strategic insights to senior management teams, marketing departments and distribution teams. Mr. Kasprzak graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Crop and Soil Sciences in 1990.
