SERVICE #1: VALUE COLLECTION &
REPORTING SERVICES
This service, the most economical valuation service, obtains
valuations from general partners/managers and is particularly
appropriate for firms seeking to comply or be consistent with
NASD Rule 2340 regarding the reporting of untraded securities
values and prices on customer account statements in the most
economical fashion.
SERVICE #2: INDEPENDENT VALUATIONS
Stanger's analysts independently evaluate the issuer's financial
statements and information regarding the security and come to
an independent conclusion of value consistent with guidelines
established by IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60.
SERVICE #3: SECONDARY MARKET TRANSACTION
PRICES
Stanger maintains and continuously updates the nation's largest
database of secondary market prices of partnership, LLC, REIT
and other untraded securities. Stanger's staff contacts "market
makers" for partnership and other untraded securities throughout
the nation on a monthly basis collecting transaction pricing
